Actolind® Solution Plus: The Advanced Standard in Wound Care
Actolind® Solution Plus is a sterile, state-of-the-art wound irrigation solution categorized as a Class III Medical Device, specifically engineered to overcome the challenges of complex wound healing. Its advanced formula leverages the powerful synergy between Polyhexanide (PHMB) and Poloxamer. While PHMB provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection against resistant pathogens like MRSA and VRE, Poloxamer acts as a surfactant to drastically reduce surface tension. This dual-action mechanism allows the solution to penetrate deep into wound tunnels and fissures, effectively detaching necrotic tissue, debris, and stubborn biofilm layers that impede healing.

Irrigation & Cleaning: Apply Actolind® Solution Plus generously to the entire wound area to flush out necrotic tissue and debris.
Debridement (Wet-to-Dry): For heavy encrustations or biofilm, soak a compress with the solution and apply it to the wound for 10-15 minutes.
Dressing Removal: If the dressing is adhered to the wound, saturate it thoroughly with the solution and wait until it can be removed gently without pain.
