Actolind® Gel Plus: Advanced Hydrogel for Complex Wounds
Actolind® Gel Plus is a sterile, ready-to-use hydrogel classified as a Class III Medical Device, designed for the advanced management of acute and chronic wounds. Its superior formula combines the broad-spectrum antimicrobial power of 0.1% Polyhexanide (PHMB) with the surfactant properties of Poloxamer. This unique combination not only moisturizes the wound bed but actively disrupts and removes biofilm, necrotic tissue, and debris. By filling the wound cavity and forming a protective film layer, it prevents infection recurrence and creates the optimal physiological conditions required for rapid healing.

Auxiliary Substances
Step 1: Clean and irrigate the wound thoroughly with Actolind® Solution Plus to remove debris and contaminants.
Step 2: Apply Actolind® Gel Plus generously to the wound bed. Ensure the wound is completely covered; fill deep cavities directly with the gel.
Step 3: Cover with a suitable secondary dressing. The gel can remain on the wound until the next dressing change.
